DA:O Stuck in Anvil of the Void

I couldn't beat Anvil of the Void without changing my party. I tried to go back to Orzammar and before I realized the way was blocked, the game forced 2 autosaves. Now I can't beat the battle, can't return to change my party, and don't have an old enough autosave to go back. Any ideas on how to get out?

*mild spoilers for a 5 year old game* I don't think there's any way out. You have to beat the battle, but it's not as hard as it seems. Use the lyrium around the battlefield to heal/replenish mana before Branka can (assuming you're fighting Branka). Use controlling spells like force cage to keep her out of the fight until you've dealt with the golems. Alternately, let her golems kill Caradin's Golems and then use crowd control spells on them while you whittle away at Branka. Use weapons with high armor penetration or telekinetic weapons. If worst comes to worst, kite Branka with whomever she's targeting and focus fire on her golems one at a time with your other characters. If you tell me who's in your party, I can give more tactics.
