Dragon Age Origins Servers Login Problems

I've downloaded DA: Origins again after 5 years in preparation for DA4 some time in the future, wanna get through entire franchise again. The thing is, all my achievements and player profile are gone.

I know that Bioware took down the social network / forums couple years ago and they aren't accessible anymore but I'm having no luck logging in to the Dragon Age servers from the Main Menu. Enter my credentials, see "Contacting Dragon Age Servers" message and it goes away and nothing happens.

I'd love to sync all my accomplishments from 10 years of effort so my question is, is it still possible to log in? If so how? Tried Steam, Origin and GOG version, all do the same thing.

UPDATE: After looking at EA's Answers HQ forum, found out that servers have been down since July 2018 :O I was shocked that they haven't fixed this yet despite numerous people getting in touch with them and as of of 2.2.2019. there's still no word of them getting around to bring the servers back up.

I also for some reason don't have my DLCs anymore, too. This needs fixing

Follow instructions here for DLC. Login should be usual EA login you used for DA:O when you bought it, check it on Origin store to make sure it is still the same.

Yes that's true, but login doesn't work as the servers are still down and it's unlikely they'll be back up ever again.
