dragon age origins vs windows 10 not through steam through origin

okay so i have absolutely no idea whats wrong with this but i have a few origin games dragonage inquisition being one of them but for some reason whenever i try to play dao im getting this error; Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL : [NxCharacter.dll] Error : 0x7E.
can someone please help me ive spent hours pouring over "solved" version of this same problem and every fix someone comes up with just doesnt work, ive done a clean reinstall of windows 10 ive tried repairing the game through origins and ive made sure my nvidia drivers are up to date.... WWWHHHYYYYYY!!!!!!

ive fixed this so for anyone having this same issue the dll file thats supposedly missing is actually there in the binship file of da:o file location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age\bin_ship right click NxCharacter.dll for properties and its not set to open with anything so change that and pair it with the da:o game file that is also in the bin_ship file and it started up and ran perfectly
