Any chance the ports of NMH 1+2 will be fixed?

They are in a pretty poor state atm and could leave bad impressions for people finally jumping into the series. Plus it would be great for the games to actually work as intended. For now, the ports are pretty jank plus things like the achievements are busted.

idk why people complaining so much about NMH 1&2. I didn't have any problems exept of achievements.

I could make an entire list of why it's such a terrible port, but right now I'll just post from memory:

- literally impossible to 100%, you will never get a gold medal in Baseball Mission 3
- audio crackling, very noticeable during the very first boss battle
- lack of basic features. Not having kb+m support is a joke, not having any visual settings is an even bigger one. Though this isn't even a PC version to begin with because Switch is in the credits.
- stability issues, crashes are a thing in 1 and they're frequent in 2
- Online only requirement which is nowhere to be seen in the store page for single player Wii games.

and so on and so forth. These ports deserve no defense, it doesn't matter how good the game is if this is what you have to work with. It's like going to an expensive restaurant, buying hasenpfeffer, having it microwaved and served on a used paper plate which is also soggy.

I guess people that haven't noticed problems haven't played other versions of it. Not buying NMH3 on pc until the other ports are fixed.

Doubtful, it's a proprietary engine that just may be more trouble than they're willing to work with, which is really unfortunate.

It's a safe bet NMH3 will work cause it's UE, just like TSA.

if you grab the wii wbfs and look into the folders of the DISC on dolphin
https://imgur.com/2sm30nw The folder structure files and file name are Pretty close to identical from the wii as they are on PC, so that spot on pretty hard, They have the legendary BETA2 Branch being worked on but its been worked on for 4 months now and we still have seen it its like a mystery, They also recently changed a cheevo from 20 medals to 15 medals so I doubt they are gonna fix baseball 3
