How to add to Twitch

I am wondering how do we get this on our Twitch chat so they may play the game? I am not sure where the code is to add it to streamlabs or OBS as the game widget. when I added a general game widget it only added tic tac toe. Can anyone tell me how to get it onto my Twitch channel?
