Pack not working
I bought the spore complete pack.
When i open the game from c&c i only get normal spore without extra parts.
When i open the game with spore i only get normal spore without extra parts.
When i open the game with GA i only get galactic adventures without extra parts.
Know how to fix this?

I figured out that the main problem was that none of the expansion parts come into effect until later in the game. Parts 1-2 do not have any expansion parts from what I can tell by design.

Okay so i did all that, and it still wont show the CC parts in the creature creator, even when i start the game FROM the CC pack game it wont show them.

CC parts become available in the UI in two ways:

  1. Near the top of the parts browser, below the category icons, are two small round buttons to toggle between "Core Spore" and "Cute & Creepy" parts lists;

  2. At the the bottom of the parts browser is a page number and count, e.g. (1/2), and buttons to go to the next or previous page. CC parts always start on a new page.

There are no low-level CC parts in several categories, so the round buttons and page indicators don't show up at all when any of those categories are selected. Try visiting each category in the browser to see when CC parts become available.

It isn't necessary to launch SPORE from the CC shortcut (gameid 17440) to get the CC parts. The CC parts show up even when the game is launched from the original shortcut (gameid 17390).

Hope this is helpful.

the problem is though, it never shows the CC pages, only the default game items.

Awesome, looks very thorough. My only quibble is the suggestion to launch from the GA shortcut, rather than the base game. That might be a good idea for other reasons, but isn't necessary to get the CC parts working. Once installed correctly, they're in the base game.

/first-time install this week
//worked fine right out the gate

This worked but I lost all my creations that I had made before linking my EA and Spore accounts.

Try and see if you can create a situation where you have your old creations. Maybe disconnect your internet and load each version of spore. If you can that means the file still exists and you can recover it from wherever Spore stored it, probably program files or app data.
