I'm holding W as I do the dash to the light, should I not be doing that?
you dont need to farm because its not possible. squids will only let out a big skull once, and every time after that is just little skulls. the point of the game is to kill everything as fast as possible
You don't need to touch the ball, just the beam.
If you hold a direction key the dash goes in the direction you are looking but not up. So look a little above flat and you'll go perfectly flat, look down and you'll go toward the floor.
Do a few without trying to pick the power up and try looking at various angles to get the hang of it.
Getting the hang of things 6 hours in. Got to the centipede a couple of times.
