General issues
I like the concept of the game but I am running into some stability issues regarding maintenance workers and general facility stability.

Power stations - the concept of power stations overloading because one station is handling too much is nice. But the constant destruction of ALL power stations because one station was blown ups is getting a little tedious. I have tried to repair my stations 3x so far and each time, they all fail again because one station is not able to be repaired in time, which causes a chain reaction of all other stations to fail. This is causing my maintainers to all be assigned to repairing the power stations, and not resupplying any other buildings, which is further snowballing into morale issues because people are out of supplies. My next step is to simply destroy all power stations, and rebuild them all at the same time on pause so each station is at 100% and I can resolve this? Haven't tried yet, but I should be able to repair one station before all others collapse.

Maintenance buildings - One of my maintainers is a ghost. Screen tells me that I have 6, I remember hiring 6, but I only have 5 available. I have hunted for him and I cannot find him. He even is listed as 6 soldiers in the personnel window, but when I scroll down the list, I cannot find them either. I don't know where they are. I have tried to save and will see if the reload makes them show up? I dunno... I hired 6, I am showing 6, I am paying for 6, but I can only assign 5.

Income - Money will probably come? So far, I haven't ran out yet, but based on the amount of supplies needed and how often I am needing to hire new soldiers, I think soldier cost should be reduced by $100/month or so. I'm not sure, but I just don't foresee myself getting out of the hole unless one of the territories opens up more income flow than another. I see myself needing a loan very shortly.

Sleeping quarters - currently, I need to assign all soldiers to a sleeping quarters. I'm not sure why. I have 4 barracks available so far, and my drill instructor does not seem to be assigning them to a sleeping quarter when they initially start at the compound. I dunno. Just seems unnecessary that I tell them where to sleep when that could be automated.


I do like the military concept of building a base though. Will still continue to press on if I can get past this power plant destruction domino effect.

Same. The last hour I've spent searching for a "how to" fix this power issue. Im spending more time fixing power than playing the game. Well currently i cant play...everything is blowing up faster than i can maintain / repair. It is possible I'm doing something wrong and dont realize it.

Early access = early access method of solving. Mention it, hope others see it, point it out, sit back & wait for solution / fix.

I fixed my power issue by pausing the game, destroying all power plants, rebuilding all plants +1 additional to get ahead of the failure. Unpaused, all plants were back to 100% and the extra plant allows a grace refuel period

Thank you all for the feedback really.

To begin with, you are not the first ones to comment problems with the power generators, we are studying a way to solve it that is more permissive and does not cause this chain effect that you comment.

Regarding what has been said about maintenance workers we will investigate what has happened, I can ask you if you have done any mission that asks you for workers and you have sent one of your maintenance workers, because in these missions what you do is send them and they do not return. Maybe that is the fault and that the game has not deleted the employee you have sent from the camp lists. Just a thought.

We are sorry that you have encountered uncomfortable situations in the game. We will work to fix everything we can as soon as possible. But most of all, thank you for playing the game.

The situations were not uncomfortable. This is an Early Access title. These discussions are the purpose of Early Access.

I was able to solve the power issue by pausing the game, destroying all power stations, and rebuilding all of them again. All stations were back up to 100% and I have not had anymore power issues since - because I know my base will blow up :)
-- A solution for this would be to reduce the overload timer to actually give some time for the new power station to be built. I understand the overload concept, I just think the timer is a little too fast. When one station goes out, there should be enough time to rebuild another station and connect power lines before the next one blows up.

My maintainer did return when I closed and re-opened the game. I believe it was just a random encounter and I did not have anymore issues with it.

You just need to assure your Power Station never run over 70% workload. Since i keep my Windturbines under 70% (60% is better) and every single Wind Turbine backed up with a Battery, none of them ever exploded again. Even when a Dron destroys 1 Wind Turbine you have lots of time to fix it before it becomes critical.

The issue with the power is understandable - the system goes into overload and your base has a blackout.

I think the issue that the community and myself are having is the priority of repair + speed of failure. The power stations are not repaired in time before the new one is up and running. The issue is mechanics are not able to repair/deliver resources to the new station before the next blows up -- this causes a chain reaction that is non-recoverable in normal gameplay. The only workaround is to pause the game to stop the constant failure. That is the issue
