Has anyone been able to get this game to run on windows 11? I cannot get it to get past the first frame of the opening cutsceen without crashing

Hi! I have an issue, when I start up the game, I get a CMD. It blinks for about 2 to 3 seconds, and then it closes without any error messeage. I have Win11, I3-10 CPU, RX580 GPU, and 16 Gb of ram. I saw other people having this issue on Reddit , and they had some solution, but nothing worked yet....

Can't really play as it's too laggy. I've modified settings, downloaded different supposed fixes, reinstalled DirectX other MS files. Got it to max resolution, looks great but laggy. Any real fixes?
