yea, Win8.1 here, and it works.
dunno how it perform compared to XP, 7 or whatever, but runs just fine on an old machine.

I have windows 8.1 & it works BUT your computer will over heat easly if u don't have a decent fan like me. (cooling tray solved my problem)

well my game always doesnt save the settings i chose, it like, starts in safe mode or something

Running well on 8.1 (32-bit), no issues over the past three or four days.

It works here on Win 8.1 X64 Pro

EDIT: I was dumb :D I've assumed that the game automatically saved the graphic settings but probably back then it wasn't an option or I don't know although I've enabled auto-save. So after saving the the game manually through the menu it does keep your settings. So in case anybody have this it's not a bug you just need to save the game after you change the graphic settings :)

windows 8 is not buit for gaming it was built for touch screen tablets and because the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at microsoft decided "hey lets convert it to desktop" it will never work as "good"

Works fine on Windows 8.1 Pro 64Bit which I am currently running on an older pc build. Running it smoothly on an Intel Q9300 socket 775, with 4GB DDR2 800 CL5. Runs on most OSes I have tested other then Windows 10.
