How to lower cars?

I somehow Lowered my 240sx to the floor and can't seem to find the option anywhere now I want to lower other cars. Where is it?

I do not think you can lower the springs but I think it has something to do with adjusting the body. You can lower the body around the car or make them less low.

The only way you can lower the car is by going to " Performance ---> Tuning ---> Susspension "

Then you can either make the susspension SOFT or STIFF.
~
Now if you want your car to be LOW DOWN, you have to make slider go all the way over to STIFF
~
If you want the car to be SLIGHTLY LIFTED, then you make the slider go all the way over to SOFT.

I think you shouldn't lower your car, its really not worth it and doesn't add anything to the car.
