Settings not saving?, try this.

If you go into properties of nfs.exe, go to compatability tab and check the box marked "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" then apply. it will now read any previous settings in game. i.e the settings you choose and save each time.

This does not work for me, am I doing something wrong? I did not have this problem when I got it on the Steam Summer Sale 2016, now all of the sudden this is happening.

Hey kittpie i also have know this to be a problem to, the settings are not saving

I manually save the game and it saved the settings too

I take back what I said. After fresh install of Windows 10, resetting pc to factory settings the game is now fine without having to use any type of compatibility mode. The settings also save perfectly now.
