After finishing the game, it feels more like a prologue of what ESports History could be. the trailer is misleading when they're showing ESports teams 'cause there are no such things in the game. There is a promise of it but nothing more. If it's what you seek, the game is not.

I was expecting, during my game, for my character to join an ESports team at some point, to struggle as a team, to win as a team, to travel and try to win tournaments over the globe or something like that, You go literally 1v1 against each opponents until you have to beat "the best player" of the big town.

At the end, I have the feeling that it's an unfinished project, that the devs would have wanted to do more, that there's something missing.

This is not ESports History, it's the story of a guy quiting school to play games and beat some random dudes until you reach the potential of "ESports" without seeing it. Literally ESports "blueballs" History.

Mini-games are good ideas. Story is ok-ish (there is always a better guy to beat). You feel it that the game is focused on mini-games rather than anything.

Again, if you want to purchase this game watching the trailer, thinking you'll be in an ESports team. NO, it is not. In his category PUNCH CLUB still is at the top, in every way.

Edit: And if you want to play a game where you are the manager of an Esports Team , playing actual LOL-Like mini-games, I recommand Esports Godfather.

Im sitting here at 2am playing this game knowing I have to be up for work at 7am.

Yet im telling my character he needs a good 8-9h rest so he can be productive at college/work in the morning before he plays games in the evening.

The irony is not lost on me. 100% will live my best life through this character.

mostly its good potential game, maybe you guys can make the continues off story like the mc become esport player and team also make somthing pricy item tu buy like house, car, or own our pc club. i like to see the side story of our mc romance, it will be so good if we can choose one of them to be gf or something cool dating, i hope awesome update in future

If you lose a Tournament you get send back to "the last save". Well enjoy it reverting your entire progress of that "chapter" and you gotta redo everything again. Terrible save system. You play as one character and like a story of them not your own, everything is scripted and you can not do any costumisation. Good Idea, bad execution.

AI ruins this game, anything you do no matter how much higher your stats are the AI will still find a way to just win.

This game lacks polish, whether it is in terms of the actual coding (sometimes things happen on illogical orders), or graphical (UI elements need some work).

It has the "Management" tag, however the only things you can really manage are when you work, rest or play. Besides those, the game is completely linear, you can't really chose what to do.

I initially tried to stick it out, thinking the game would get better. That has not happened, if I could get a refund, I would.

to be honest i was expecting more, coming from the trailer. but its an enjoyable 6 hour gameplay nonetheless. i'd recommend buying it on sale since for the price its pretty short. and no replayability unless you want to check out the other game. note that i only focused on rts (starcraft and warcraft)

• two games to choose from: shooter and rts. both are played top down though
  
• you can choose to manually control the game, semi auto (you choose buildings and ai does the rest), or full auto.
  
• balancing act between energy, stress, money, rent, and training to win matches
  
• some side stories, but you can miss them as theyre very time sensitive
  
• some bugs here and there. mainly in the text like descriptions for skills and factions.
  
• clunky ai but mostly works. i only played the rts and sometimes my units just stay in my base a long time for no obvious reason (they're full hp and mana, bases maxed, tp not on cd. etc)
  
• trailer shows you an arena with all the flashing lights and fans. that doesnt happen ingame. you follow a country bumpkin from not knowing how to play at all, to being recruited to an esports team then the game ends there.
  
• confusing design choices like each base is only allowed 3 buildings, and if any building is destroyed you cant build it again. even though you have enough resources. i saw 6 slots around the base so idk what happened there.

I really want to give this game a good review but there are too many issues, some seem extremely avoidable and are consequences of manually added restrictions.

Game teleports you to tournaments even if you are already in the building at 16 and then warps time forward an hour.
I missed a date because "I'VE GOT ENOUGH MONEY". Why can the game even decide that you can't go to a job because of too much money, that should be the player's decision.
There are multiple spots in the 3rd apartment (the one were u get the cat) where you get stuck on corners and have to manually move around them. (minor issue but should still be listed)
There is no manual saving so it makes unlocking achievements a pain, your run is one 1 save that you would have to manually edit in the files.
Settings like music volume do not save between launches.
Beat Cato and now it wants me to go to the pc store that is closed and now I wasted training time not being able to go anywhere because my character will only say "I need to visit the PC store" and had to go back to the apartment. At least it isn't a softlock.
Can only buy internet at a max of 8 hours at a time.
There is such an extreme amount of time between matches after the 1st act, it became too annoying not to list after getting to the internet part of the game.
If your exp fills at level 99 in a stat the game stops putting exp in and you are stuck. Requires restarting game to previous save.
I beat Cato in the 2nd fight and all the characters in the game are still sucking him off as the best player and Gabe said I am second place earlier, what is that about. You guys forgot to make the 2nd fight an instant loss, Cato's stats in the second fight are lower than the first fight and you gave so much time to increase our stats that it wasn't a hard fight.
Even with 10x resources needed to upgrade base the ai will not upgrade and will wait.
Losing resets you to the start of the act and auto saves it so you can't reload the fight, the game gives you no warning of this.

I assume I will be adding to this list as I play.

This game has a problem with restricting the player as much as possible. I want to be able to work in bulk and buy in bulk to save both in-game and real life time.

I would like to see npcs have still point and also would like if something happened in game at 100 stress.

Game is very broken and not finished.

If you fail a tournament you are reverted back to the very start of that chapter which wastes a ton of time - in every chapter.
The balance doesn't seem quite right.
The AI is completely bugged once you get to the warcraft RTS stage. I had it set to auto and even tried semi auto. Stuff such as the AI not using teleport when base is being attacked to them not respawning a hero and even just sitting at the base and idling for the rest of the match.

This game is a gem, hope we'll get some DLC with more career genre. A bit disapointed there wasn't another new game after warcraft 2, but still for 10€ this was so much fun
