Did NextFes break rollback?

[BIG APPLE, 3 AM]

I tried this game out when it first came out and was able to have decent matches in quickplay, even when my opponent had >200ms of latency on me.

I hopped in earlier and so far I'm three for three on matches I'd consider "playable" back then feeling like they're on the moon now.

Can anybody confirm if something's happened or if it was bad luck on my end?
