Having trouble rebinding keyboard keys

After fixing some key conflicts (and dealing with that annoying item button) every time I try to rebind a key it just defaults to binding print screen for some reason. Like I'm trying to rebind left to left arrow from A but when I press left arrow it just binds print screen!
Please fix this, I only play fighting games with keyboard and this is pretty much the worst time I've had rebinding my keys.

check 2nd player binds... and rebind P2 keays for useless buttons
