Fps boost?
Is there a way to increase fps besides the graphics menu in-game?

Why do you want more FPS? This is a FG, and FGs are locked to 60 FPS.

Fighting games tend to be locked at certain frame rates which is usually 60fps because the animations is tied to it.

then that means it really runs slow on me, getting 14-28 fps
