And here for Akiroze. Notice the "COUNTER" indicator, indicating that the summon move was successfully performed, but Mukiroze does not come out. Both L and M summons does not work as a reversal.

5M resets have a large enough gap to jump/low profile. If they use 5M it pushes them out of Light normal ranges after like 1 or maybe 2 reps if they use 2L.
The main issue with this kind of disrespect is if they use Lights to reset.

Either Sora can whiff cancel her 2L recovery, or the recovery is just fast enough to beat low profile attempts (lol at being able to low profile her 2L). Prolly not an issue if you have a faster low profile than Botan. All of her L normals will stuff jump out attempts on the reset. Her 6L will whiff crouchers, I just used it because it has even more range than 2L.
These same kinds of solutions work for Aki summons too. My main problem with the Aki match up is now dealing with Good Boy/Bad Boy zoning.
Edit, really the big issue I have in these MUs is that Botan cant really zone at all in the Aki MU. Its a little better with the Sora MU. Forget about zoning Fubuki lol. Everything is too slow, and she will tatsu on reaction.
Botan is a stagger pressure/mixup character with huge damage. j2H is her main strength over other characters. She happens to have a few ranged tools, but M grenade is mostly a combo tool or oki, L grenade is mostly something you throw when you've diluted the enemy's reactions enough looking for your jumpin/dash forward/6M that you can sneak it in and force interaction.
On the actual thread topic, I wish people would stop clamoring for nerfs when tech is still being developed. A-gis reflector is pretty good but people are still finding counterplay. Same with Aki, and Botan is pretty much exposed as being relatively tame.
I'm not saying the game is perfectly balanced but unless there's some extremely exploitative gameplay with no counter (Suisei plus on block 5M, etc) I think it's probably best if we wait things out a bit before jumping to balance conclusions.
