the (kinda) secret gold and diamond car skin

if you go into the car customizer you can find a golden car and in the wheels section you can find diamond wheels i was wondering if any body knows how to unlock it?

i still have to do most of the challenges on the time travel levels so no. i will try that

i have now 100%ed jelly car and the gold car skin has not unlocked

long after i 100%ed i have some how gotten the diamond wheels i am not sure how tho but not the golden car skin
