Have a nice Death - scythe glitch

Hi guys, I am experiencing a glitch when my default scythe is hitting the entire (actually even more) screen.
Not sure about the steps to reproduce it but will try to explain what did I do.
I used the default scythe in my run, upgraded it to max level, and decided to use its rage skill in my run
So, I played like that until I got the "Kamikaze" curse, and then I was unlucky in my run so I decided to "Save-scam" my run to some point. What I mean by "Save-scam" is when I took damage I went to the main menu and then just load my save file.
And it seems like I broke the weapon by using the scythe rage skill ->getting damaged-> go to the main menu -> load save
And seems like such behavior made my scythe attack behave like it is in the rage skill state. But for the basic attack. Moreover, this behavior now remains for each run. I don't need to do something special. Just take the default weapon and attack.

Note: This issue is gone after relaunching the game
