Rotate sprites?

I’m importing my arms, legs etc…. But how do you rotate them ? I don’t see any tools for that , only resize.

At the moment the only thing I know that can rotate sprites is if you make them into a rig, I don't know if you can rotate them naturally other than going to a different thing then exporting them and importing them into smack studios

AnimationRig, Create the layers for each sprite, attach bones, assign bones, set the back and front, then in the editor you can 3D rotate/spin/tilt.

SmackStudio made tutorials on their Youtube channel on how to do all this.
