Missing Breeding Manual

Build the breeding house. Save the elf tia from kobolds, she asks for a house upgrade, you get the manual after you build it.

how to you make Tia breeding farm, its not on the table and I have the manual.

After you have unlocked the elf's hut, demolish her house, then go to the work table to upgrade

Have the hut and the Cartero in inventory and there is no option in the table to upgrade hut.

Look for the unlock item "elf hut" from your skills, and you will see the hut production corresponding to each elf

Unlock crafting at the skill, and synthesize at the work table

Help, I can't build the breeding house bc there is no Cartero in my inventory. And the farm girl in the town doesn't sell any animals.
How the heck can I build the thing?
