ok...why? what?
So... i have paid 20 euros to leave the map once and after i finished all the main and side quests theres nothing left anymore? like thats it? sure you can help other villagers, but i want more side and main quests... especially for that money.. even when i did all the main and side quests, the journal still tells me it's not done.

character customization sucks. Very few to pick from. faces arent really different. No make up or lashes or more hairstyles. No option to choose your body type, i mean come on!

the world looks a little bland.. walking, story and build mode are ok. Just the way some stuff snaps in to place is really annoying. (and you cant close a roof unless you build stairs and walk to the top) is annoying as well.

i expected much more.. this game can be much MUCH more than it is now. Maybe it was a little too soon. diffenitly not worth 20 euros.

The game is early access, this is pretty normal for early access (especially EARLY early access). You buy it early, check it out during development, and are able to give feedback which the developer may or may not act on. In the meantime, the developer is able to do things like pay rent and eat while continuing to develop the game.

Yeah I expected the game to not be complete since it's EA, but this was really too little for the price. Feels more like the amount that would be in a demo. I can't even do the sandbox mode because I get a critical error as soon as I try to leave the map. I would refund but sadly I played a little too long.

Yeah it's EA, but still. Compared to other games for the same price or less, the content you get it really poor, plus all the optimization issues.
For example DDV was I think 30$ for EA and you had already over 100h you could spend there. Or Mika and The Witch's Mountain, it costs almost the same, has no performance issues and achievements. It also runs well on the deck. There are so many more.

It would have been better to either leave it as demo up or shrink the price, because it's totally not worth it.
It's a cute, cozy, fun game and I'm sure in the future it will be good, but really the price is way too high.

Also from my experience with EA games so many never leave EA.

Yeah, it has so freaking much potential.. but come on! no color blindness mode, no more choices with character costumization, no mini cooking game, not being able to eat. dark and grey world (cant really see) the only thing i can do now is build my hut. cant do nothing anymore... this was not even 4 hours of game play for me. i want my money back lol. why do developers always launch the game too soon. did they even play the demo?

at least i can tell im not the only one here.. :P

This is why you educate yourself on the games that you buy. Its early access. Its FAR from done.

i did buddy, but i can only educate myself so much with all the information that there was. I;m not the only one. There are many games with the same price category that have so much more than 6 hours of gameplay. bye

I agree ! For the Price, there is not enough content. Main Quest ended too soon and side quest are kinda the same on each map. ( Collecting Pumpkins or Cabbage ) I really enjoy the game but I just entered sandbox mode and got dissapointed like "what ? Its already over ? ... "
( Done after 6,8 Hours )

Well, for now I played about 13 hours. The open world has so much to offer. I think this game is not only about to finish challenges as fast as possible. It's about enjoying landscapes, music and story. It's a game to relax and not to fight yourself through anything. The price is absolutly ok for me, it is worth every single Euro. I fear some people are not aware that it's about an indie studio and it's not about very big game companies.

Which story though? :'D There's not much to play. hahaha
And landscapes? They are not that pretty to be honest. Often they feel copy & pasted on each map and just kinda empty. There's not much to see or explore.
The so called open world is mostly the same things / quests over and over again.
The music's okay though.

I would say I play like 90% of my time indie games. And there are many indie games out there that are - by far- better than this version of the game. And yes, I'm very well aware it's EA. But still for EA this game just sucks; not only for it's price. And I'm not even talking about the performance issues.

Landscapes? Sorry but the graphics are in the lower quality, even when high settings. It's also always the same no matter what map of the available ones you play. I did take my time with the game and still was done after less than 3h.

Story? There is almost no story. Most of it was also already in the demo.

Most of all the games I play are EA or indie, or both. I paid way less for indie games with less performance issues, more content and better story than this. I was also really hyped for the game, but all the people defending a game just because it is indie/EA clearly support this type of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ system all the devs force us into.

I don't mind waiting for content, but you can't just put out a game for around 19$ with that less of content, it's literally a big joke at this point and then expect people to be happy about it.

EA is not a free pass to "scam" people, because I'm sure most people expected at least 50% more to do than in the demo, which is not the case.

Are you sure you're playing the same game as us? It has the least amount of content of any EA game I've had.

Personally, I've found the customization excellent. This is a story for a girl who's becoming a witch, and as many games it offers customization for the specific character, not open race & sex choice like games such as wow offer. Makeup and lashes, I feel, would be outside the aesthetic and nature of this character and personally, I didn't miss them. As for the story, there's a "main story update" planned for early 2025, so I think that the main story is not part of the EA game, at least not entirely.
