I found an empty Insect Collection Frame in an abondoned building on the map.

How do I catch Insects?
Some posted they found moths? Where? How did you catch them (need something?)?
Why cant I catch one of that moths that appear next to the collectors frame OR these ones that appear when I drink an "Animal Talk Portion"?
Some posted that the moths dont belong in the Collection Frame? Is that true?

Также мотылька встречал на углу крыши дома. На фонарь не реагирует, но подсвечивается сияющими огоньками.
