will there be community mods?

Hi there, i was wondering about mods because id really like more character customization. Mainly, I'd really like to have more hair options. I can't believe there's no option for messy in your face hair, or even bangs. (My favorite hair style is the one where the eyes are completely covered but it's rarely an option) anyway, i realize this is an early access game and there's more features to be implemented in the future. Was just wondering if there was any plans for mods or more customization options at this point
