Is there a way to get the mirror in the abandoned shed after the first two worlds?

Hi! I recently learned that there's a way to change your outfits by using a mirror you can find in an abandoned shed. My problem is that I've already completed the current story and am well past the first two worlds. I've been searching for the specific shed for awhile now, but I can't. Is there still a way for me to get this mirror?
