How do you collect wood to build more stuff?

Thanks for the post.

To collect more wood you would need to continue to explore the world and progress through the main quest line to obtain the ability to chop down tree's and collect wood.

I found lots of more wood when doing a round around you new hut, there is lots of old planks etc. lying around and you can just gather that stuff up with you ravens to get wood.

Big thanks for the tip! They looked like scenery at first but you can actually collect them all, awesome!

I did notice that the amount of wood around the house seems to vary. My first go, I made a three story house with a peaked roof with wood to spare. The last few times I logged in, I couldn't sorce enough wood to build even a single story using the pre-existing floor dimensions with two walls up.

Were your last few times with the same demo game you started with, or a 2nd or 3rd start? I just downloaded the demo yesterday and haven't played it yet. Gathering info first....

i personally tend to get 300 ish wood, there are some external methods you could use to get more wood, but do research yourself when it comes to those methods, even the 300 wood can produce good looking houses
