Lovense Solace Pro not working

Hello. The Solace Pro has been working fine and connecting to the game. However, after connecting the Edge 2 to the game, the solace pro no longer works at all, even if I only connect the solace pro. I have tried verifying the game files, reinstalling the game, and deleting the lovense.dat file, but nothing has worked at the solace pro is not functioning in game. Is there anyway to fix this problem?

I have the same problem...

Before I got my Edge 2, my Solace Pro worked fine with the game.
I can sync both toys (Solace Pro and Edge 2) to the game, via QR code.
The game shows both toys in the list.
Edge 2 appears with icon and just Edge name. Solace Pro appears as Solace Pro, but no icon...

When I play a sex scene with a girl, the Edge 2 works out fine and vibrates. But Solace Pro, doesn't move at all... And if I disable/delete Edge 2 from Lovense APP, still, Solace Pro doesn't work,

And it is not the toy, because it works fine, with other compatible games with Lovense.
So I need help to fix it too.

I ended up using the desktop app, and that seemed to fix the problem. Though I haven't tried it with both yet, just the solace pro.

Ooh, you are right... When I opened the Lovense PC desktop version, the dongle updated itself. Then I tried the game with the program opened, and my Solace Pro worked too... Thank you for the info.

However I'm scared to test both toys (Solace Pro and Edge 2) at the same time, just in case it will happen the same thing that happened with the mobile APP...
