48% can't catch the roach

I need a rat for Emily.

I have all the components except a roach.
The only one I can see is running next to sleeping Jaguar but you can't close to it.
Any idea how to approach jaguar to get it or eventually other spot where i can found critter?


P.S the area right from the jaguar its a a beach and torch. In the ocean there is something to pick up but I can't reach it as current is to strong. What item do I need to get it?

First things first, completion percentage is a completely worthless way of letting people know where you are in the game, last scene unlocked is much better. Your last scene should be 46. You can check on the in game phone to see.

Next up, whenever you are stuck ask the Soul Crystal what to do. While the game may seem open world, it is actually highly gated. You will frequently see things that you cannot access until later in the game, the thing in the water is an example.

I recommend that the first time you play through you play the game your way. Use the Soul Crystal for hints, when that doesn't work, reference a guide. The main purpose of a guide is to get you 100%.

The cockroach you need is in the Caverns, 5 - 2 (row five, column 2). It run into the wall at the bottom of the screen, in the middle.

On steam I have 28h with Treasure of Nadia + played it on the web browser before.
For sure there're things I still miss but till now I never really get stuck.
And yes I'm very well aware about Soul Crystal function, use it often to avoid pointless wandering and searching.
It's that crystal which tells me exactly:
"Find a cockroach in the cave area where you recently found the Tikpack artifact."
I play that game once a while so don't remember which cave was that.

I read guide on suggest page. I checked place suggest on the picture clicking everywhere close on 2 separate occasions. It's not there and there is no sound either that roaches normally made.

About last played scene you was somewhere near but not quite - my last scene is 59

Okay, then Caverns 1 - 3, cockroach in the lower left corner, page 141 of the guide. Like I said, the scene is more helpful to know where you are in the game.

Somehow I still can't get back to that cavern.
I tried many times before approaching both from Estero Park on foot/kayak, by the teleport, from Alya house caverns....
Obviously I must been there before but I assume I supposed to get roach right after picking up artifact .
I google that and looked on youtube.

According to that short video the 4th screen - the one with torch and locker symbol.
In that area both passage to the north and west are closed to me.
I can't find nitroglycerin anywhere to make rock bombs and blow it up.
There're as well other areas I could bombs, mostly lighthouse cellars
