At 100% But missing scene 115

Can someone tell me what triggers scene 115? I have every Kama page unlocked and am at 100%, except for this. I'm not sure what to do for it. All other scenes are unlocked. Thank you!

That's the Madelyn scene in the Temple with multiple copies of the MC. Maybe she's still there.

use the kings offering coin at the altar

Pick up the sparkles if you haven't already. They are all Grand and Royal Talismans.
Step on the green pad.
Use the King's Offering Chip.
Scene 115 – You and your double, double up on Madalyn"
