Grappling hook gone
I had to make the pickaxe to progress the story, but I keep coming across things that need me to climb with the grappling hook - that I used to make a pickaxe. Should there be another one?

It's been some time now, since i played the game, but if i remember correctly you get another one or can craft another one, later in the game, so don't worry.
