Church rock bomb

The crystal keeps telling me to blow up the wall in the church but I used my last container on a bomb that I used in the park/caves. I have closed out the game several times, waited a day or more, come back and traveled the entire map several times. I have even written out a map of the entire accessible map to make sure that I haven't missed anything. I check Squalmart multiple times each game session and it's just not spawning there. I have everything to make a bomb except that one container. I have NO CLUE what to do from here.

Try going back to a save before you used the last bomb? Try not to bomb anything before your crystal babe points you to it ;)

I don't want to lose lots of progress by going to an earlier save anyone got an answer for this please?

I found a vase by the 2 snakes in the cave and it had a basic container in 45% into my game tf
