cant buy lighter

so im having trouble buying the lighter, i dont know how to get it? Any help? thank you!

It's available from Squallmart for 40$, as soon as you progressed far enough in the game, to buy it.

Thank you, so that I know. But for some reason, That spot the lighter is supposed to be in is empty without a lock on it. I dont have it either in my inventory. whch is why its weird...

same here. I've restarted three times and played until the soul crystal says I should buy it, each time. Never has spawned. Is there a file to edit to fix that?
