Depends on what you are looking for, if you want high quality renders with good animations this does appear to be the cream of the crop. If you want story line to go with the sex you should be looking at being a ♥♥♥, Deliverance, Sister lust. If you want a story line to sometimes have sex than you go with Acting lessons.

Treasure of nadia is probably the best as far as frequent high quality scenes go, and making a good gallery for educational purposes later.

I like Love & Sex: Second Base. It is in early access and they update it monthly. I haven't played in over year, but it had a ton of content even back then.

Have you played Love of Magic ? I bought it and didn't like it. It's quite different from Nadia. A novel where you just advance through the narrative. Sex scenes are also more text based than visual and not very frequent. The story is probably interesting, but the sex is too scarce, so I ended up just clicking without reading to advance and see if there was still something sexy coming up. I stopped playing before the end.
Moreover, I think the main character is a jerk, and the women are not the most attractive. The principal female character is a small elf-type, with looks a bit immature to my liking.

I haven't played any games exactly like Lust Epidemic and Treasure of Nadia. Those are two other adult games that I enjoyed. It is difficult to recommend an adult game for someone without knowing what they are looking for in a game. My personal preference is the adult adventure visual novels.

This one is by far the best I've come across. Loads of good scenes, cgi is spot on. There is an actual story and game.

I lean a bit more towards rpg types so Evenicle and Nursery Slime are high on my list, though more anime. Evenicle 2 as well but isn't on steam. Can be purchased on jast, kagura, mg, and some other places.

Monster Girl Island Prologue is free and could be as good or better than any AAA game, especially with slight improvements (like a crossbow aiming reticle), but again it's only a prologue, and no telling if it'll ever be finished.

For more realistic styled vn type Being a D.elta I.ota K.appa is good as is City of Broken Dreamers, though both are unfinished and take years for the next installment on steam.

While they are still incomplete they are all good free games so it's not costing anything for you to check out and try other than time.
