99% help

I've apparently completed 99% of the game. (Completed everything in the empty pocket except for the last extra.). I think I am supposed to meet Madalyn at the church, but she doesn't show up. I tried crafting with the dead doll and got nothing.

Now, there are a few things that kind of bug me about my play through. The first is that the name for the gold talisman doesn't show up in the crafting chest even after I found the recipe. The next is when I looked at a walkthrough for the endgame content, I saw one video where there were two transport pads at the entrance to estero park, and I only see one pad. These two things lead me to believe either I am missing something or my save file is borked.

Also, just for clarification, I also completed the 49 puzzles in the temple. Help would be appreciated.

The Gold Talisman recipe only appears on your crafting list after you actually craft one. I had the same issue and got through most of the game without actually making one myself but by finding them throughout the game. Should be an easy fix. For your other issue it sounds like you haven't triggered the death scene where you drown under the whirlpool next to the Nightfire pirates' ship in the cave. The transport pad appears afterwards if I'm not mistaken. This is also how you get one of the white hair strands needed to craft with the death doll to make Madalyn appear.

I have two white hair strands, but can't get the third. I am following the walkthrough and it shows 3 white hair strands where Evie appears. It said to kill myself (drowning) and I should appear by Evie and pick the strands up but they are not there. I tried drowning I don't know how many times. Any solutions?

Did you die in three different areas? You die with the jaguar, drowning in the whirl pool near the pirate ship, and hypothermia.

stuck on 98% because I can't craft a pirate chest key as I only have 1 broken key and kind find any more. it is said to be an issue where you craft a chest key before opening the tomb.

The jerk (forget his name) in the men's room at the bar will give you 2 broken key fragments if you can soothe his butt-hurt.
Hint : find a plant that can provide a soothing effect

There is a Broken Key in the Library after it burns down. There is also a Broken Key under the fort past the gate you broke with the Priest's Compass. Those are two places to look.

Okay, so you didn't craft the ??? then? Madalyn has the last extra, you need to craft the ??? to get it. There is a section in the guide specifically for that.

On my 100% save I have 118 scenes. The last one is of the pregnant doctor, but it comes after you craft the ??? and talk to Madalyn.

Jessicia becomes pregnant?,did not see that one,also I saw alia pregnant after the main story completes in one playthrough.

You can also die from the jaguar twice.

You can die from the jaguar much more than twice.

If you played Lust Epidemic you should be surprised that not all of them aren't pregnant. Though I believe there is a possible scene where she isn't pregnant at the end. I'm playing through again and am going to check.

you can die from hypothermia???? cause i have tried like 10 times and it dosnt work for me but have died from the leppard and drowning

The way to die from hypothermia is hinted at during the game. After you get wet in the fountain of youth room go to the river and jump in.

but i have jumped in the river in the cave and nothing happens after i have come to the cave part at alia and naomis house where they hint that you can die from hypothermia
