Where do you craft items?

You will open a crafting table at one point in the game. It's part of the story so it can't be missed.

A bigger crafting question -- is there any way to tell what you have and haven't crafted? There is an achievement for crafting every item and I apparently missed something. I am wondering how I figure out what I missed...

No statistics on that in the game. It's the same with collectibles in many games.

No way to track what you have and haven't made. Normally what people miss are low level idols, Silver and Gold.
