The workers need to prioritize tasks better - for instance they will unload all the stone from the boat before they will grab 2 planks from the saw mill to finish the building, I found that if you don't place the saw mill next to the warehouse they will almost never deliver planks.
When a worker delivers wood to the saw mill don't leave empty handed; pick up some planks and take them back to the warehouse.
Eventually a bug occurs that makes the animations very jerky and the worker's actions erratic. The whole colony fails because nothing is getting done. I run into this once the colony gets to ~110 people.
I wish there was a build queue.
I wish there was more information to see why a given colonist was in poor health.
I mean, you dont have to keep playing it in early access state, tho :D some initial reaction and feedback, and then maybe try it later on to see how it progressed
