Resetting the Game?

I want to start the game from the beginning but I don't know how to reset it. I tried to delete and install it with the cloud settings turned off but it doesn't work. Does somebody know how i can reset the game?

I think the regular saves are actually located at (your Windows drive) - User- (name) - AppData - LocalLow - Bad Seed SRL - Crime O’Clock. A lot of Unity games got their main saves there, and the Steam cloud just copies those. So even if you turn off the Steam cloud, the game will still load that old/other save in AppData. Oh, by the way, deleting and re-installing the main game never really helps in those cases, as save files will nearly never get uninstalled as well. Hope this helps.
