I need 90 max health to bond with walter, but I'm actually not sure what it is currently, and how much I need to increase it by to meet the criteria. How do I tell?

Pizza gives you permanent HP and there are consumables (I think it's rubbing alcohol but I don't remember for sure) that will give you max HP for a few hours which counts for that quest. Beware painkillers, they permanently reduce your HP. Scarred Hunter under strength can get you extra health if you assault folks every day and do a lot of boxing.

mushroom bros if you have it upgraded(Robert's skill) will give you a 10 hp boost for a few hours. One of the beanie hats i think give you max hp but i forgot who has that.
