How to jump and save the other survivor in the beginning?

I am at the beginning of the game and I am asked to jum and rescue another survivor but I don't know how to jump, so I went to the base alone but the game assume I'm not alone and suggest I give order to other members while I'm doing something else... Can you help me please ?

Right-click on your selected Character and a menu will appear from which you can select "Jump".

Thank you I found out about it. However, now she can't climb down the rock because she has no jumping nor escalate skills.

Any idea how to do it?

even if you have 0 points in athletics you can still jump

i used a zip line

You can also climb down, you don't always have to jump.
