Don't know if there comes a fix for this later, and to be honest I don't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ care.
Having an effect on basically my whole party that I can't do anything against and that COMPLETELY NEGATES A WHOLE CHARACTER'S REASON FOR EXISTING is beyond bonkers.

Go ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ design this ♥♥♥♥ properly.

The game is fun but you have quite a few "wtf is this ♥♥♥♥?!" balance issues here that are 100% "elitist roguewannabe fashism" level of annoying mixed into this 90% fun and relaxing perl. Either or. This mix just doesn't make any sense atm.

Penalties for being stupid in your decisionmaking are fine.
If you can't really do anything against stuff but simply have to eat it (because your party is >2 people and folks need to stand SOMEWHERE) then design it accordingly, and not as if I am the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ that chose to get ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Just prioritise not getting hit in characters who have been cursed, letting other characters tank for them instead.
But there is a character who removes curse and they are probably one of my favourite healers in the game.
