Crayon Artist achivment

Is this achivment broken? According to notebook I have all npc and areas discovered. Any hints what may be wrong?

Me too. I can't get this last achievement. I've talked with everyone on the game, including that Turbo Kid NPC from the Sewers. But, for some strange reasons, loading the save after doing 100%, that NPC is not in my notebook. I tried to talk to him again but he don't have any interaction (he still appear in the endgame though).

Did anyone have a 100% save file just for me to have this achievement?

I'm also missing an NPC from the sewers but have a 100% ending...here's my notebook and I have no idea what I'm missing/can't find any info online about an NPC list.

Did you ever find your missing NPC? Is it the same one I'm missing? Both the Crayon Artist and Turbo Hero achievements have not triggered for me upon beating the game with 100%.

Edit: So it was Turbo Child I was missing. I think what happened is that I interacted with him but then died right after before saving my game and never ran across him again to notice this. I just unlocked the Turbo Hero achievement after beating the final boss again but Crayon Artist is still not triggering.

I have no clue what I could be missing as my entire Notebook appears to be filled out, including photo locations. I even finished the UFO side quest line (At least I think I did; I can't figure out the ringing pay phone in the super long staircase area). Should I just roam around the entire map and try talking to every single NPC again before beating the final boss again?

Edit 2: I spoke with someone in the official discord and it turns out dialog that goes towards the notebook is missable if you don't speak with some of the New Hope NPCs after defeating each boss in the game. I'm assuming this is where everyone is having issues with popping this achievement who claim that their save file is "bugged". There's just no way I have another 100% playthrough in me just to snag a couple of missed dialog options...I really hope there's someone out there that's willing to share a 100% save file with us who has all of the missable dialog.

Well... I'm sorry to report that I just bit the bullet and started another playthrough the other day. Had a map open with all the items to speed up the process of 100%ing everything. Made sure to speak to every NPC in New Hope after defeating each boss as suggested...and after just now completing the playthrough with 100% everything in the Notebook/items collected, it still did not trigger the achievement.

Just got it naturally by exploring a bunch. The key things I imagine are:

1. Talk to every New Hope town member at the start of the game, and after every boss.
2. Spare every boss (can you actually kill them? I didn't bother testing)
3. Find the bosses again in the map after beating them.
(Ooze is by his TV with Cotton Candy. Queen goes to the Lab with Witch. Silv is by Jimmy-9)
4. Talk to Turbo Child and others in the scrambler hideout after beating Oozinator.
5. Talk to the Whack Sisters after beating the GG Queen (just outside the boss room).
6. Do all side-quests.
7. Every NPC should be at the ending. Talk to all of them.

1 and 2 are the only things that are missable I think. The rest can be done at any time before the final fight.
It also seems there were some bugs with some early entries in the past that have since been patched.
