Probably pointing out the obvious here, since it wasn't in the patch notes, but you didn't fix it.
Could you send us a screenshot of the place you're stuck in the Church?
The reason I said it was exactly the same for me is the reason why a screenshot would be redundant hahaa- its exactly where the original poster showed to be stuck.
Gajbotron, this should be fixed, can you confirm?
Could you please give us as many information as possible on your computer specs? CPU, graphic card, etc?
We also added some logs (and what we thought would fix the problem) to try to track your issue in May 2nd's update. After going in the room, could you please send us your player.log and player-prev.log?
Update: We managed to reproduce the bug on a laptop plugged on a TV.
When playing on the Laptop without the TV, it works fine.
Also, when playing in windowed mode instead of Full Screen, it works fine on the TV as well.
The Laptop in question had 2 gigs of RAM which is under the minimum requirement of 3 gigs that we are asking on the specs page.
Could you please confirm if it works in windowed mode? Also are you plugged on a TV? What are the specs of your GPU?
Thanks!
I've also sent these logs. I've been into the room multiple times but always had to exit at that point because I became trapped. If you need me to actually send the logs while the game is running and I'm standing in the room, please clarify, as I'll need to do that a bit later.
