Pretty sad to hear, I was going to buy this game but I've rethought that now. I enjoyed Ion Fury and Aftershock, but this game sounds like a mess from everything I've been reading. And having Shelly's character change on top of all the technical and story issues... doesn't sound fun.

The game itself is good, but if you're expecting something similar to Ion Fury, forget it. It seems like this game is part of another universe, and poor Shelly, it's another character very different from the one built in Ion Fury.

It’s another mid release from slipgate what do people expect at this point. Ignoring reviews looking at player count pretty sure it’s dead and a commercial failure. All they have left is the discord echo chamber. Also botched the wrath console release.

Should we make a pool for when saber bunts them to another company?

the reason why the first one was great was because it was supposed to be Duke Nukkem

The original Bombshell game (before Ion Fury) started as Duke Nukem until Gearbox threatened to sue. A lot of stuff was repurposed and renamed (ex. Dr. Proton became Dr. Heskel, Earth Defense Forces became Global Defense Forces, etc).
