Enter your registration code here - SOLVED

Crysis warhead keeps prompting with "Enter your registration code here" and the box is filled with a s/n that it doesn't accept.
Any tips..... I have logged a request with support as well.

Here's the fix that I used:

MY OS: Windows 7 64bit

I launched steam.exe with admin rights.
Go to View > Games list
Right-click "Crysis Warhead" and select "View CD key"
it will be dispalyed in the format xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Select the option "COPY KEY TO CLIPBOARD"
Then use a program such as notepad and change it to the format xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
Now launch "Crysis Warhead"
At the "Re-enter and verify your Registration Code" prompt, enter the code that you modified.

Tested, and there was no further prompt with multiple launches of Crysis Warhead.

Did exactly as u wrote with my serieal key xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx and logged in as admin and still says it's not the right serial key...

I'm a try send them a e-mail too, thanx man.
