What's the point?

During day 7 the black screen appears shortly after choosing a lady. The last screen i see is the choice between two options while the girl sits behind the desk(i can't say what are those since the screen fades to black immediately). I tried different choices combinations/reinstalling the game/clearing saves/cache. Nothing fixed this problem for me, always the same spot. Any ideas, dev?...

After the yacht scene, there is just white with music, and if clicking ESC-key, the background goes black, and girls names on the left, music playing in the background but with no possible way to do anything. Game does not give the steam achievement "fire everyone"....
