Report a translation problem
1. Re-verifying game files, if needed reinstall
2. Check your graphic drivers + audio packed along and see if it has any issue with FFV (from patch notes) -> update/change it if it is.
3. Reinstall from recent to latest Visual C++ Redistribute, perhaps DirectX, and your Video/Audio codecs (K-lite Codec Pack) as well.
4. From AMD graphics panel check if there is any forced AA (anti-aliasing) on the game, disable them or let game do the control instead, also you may need to do the same with DoF (Depth-of-Field).
5. If game is running higher than 60fps, try to cap it down to 60fps as well.
6. If you don't use gamepad, but have one, try plugging it in nonetheless, it perhaps could fix something.
7. This seems unrelated and far-fetched, but back up your game .exe to somewhere else, and try applying this .exe (from when the game is just released) and see if it fixes issues related to video/audio.
