Why worry about Censorship?

Pretty much what you said. The models for both the dry and wet versions of Bikini (Black) and Gravure Bikini (White) from the Japanese Wii U original have been extracted for ages... All modders need to do is add them to the game. We'll get those, and a swimsuit for Ren, other modded costumes, and costumes for other characters like Rui, and probably even nude mods for everyone. Even the ghosts.

If Resident Evil 2 and 3 is any proof...we really want the 80's back in our horror (which was almost always famed for nude scenes :P).

Nevermind 'day 1' mods to restore the censored content, it'll probably be done within the first few hours.

I honestly don't think it's even about censorship after reading all the complaints. I think it's really just dudes looking to for virtual girls in bikinis so I'm not sure what they are complaining about they can get it with mods same day as game release.

Well the original Wii U release in the west was also censored by N, they removed the bikinis and put in alternative outfits. The game finally being on PC is literally saving it from death and preserving it. Mods will be the icing on the cake.

It's about the attitude, the slippery slope effect, the "if they removed this because of pc culture/twitter people, what will they remove next?"

One doesn't stop the other though. Just because I want anime tiddies uncensored doesn't mean I'm not against censorship in general.

Publishers censoring a game and requiring users to make mods to ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it gives me no incentive to support the publisher for doing that. Also, it's incredibly unlikely that a mod is going to fix the censored cutscene. At best there'll be costume replacement mods.
Also, nude mods are ♥♥♥♥.

on the WiiU disk , cutscenes were stored as prerendered MP4 files.
Should KT do the same for the pc release, you'll just need to download the Dump of the WiiU release, find the mp4 file and , with that, replace the MP4 of the remaster.

Oh, I didn't realise they were pre-rendered. In that case I suppose it actually would be fairly easy to restore the cutscenes, unless KT messed with the file structure as has happened with some PC ports.
First point still stands though.
