Would love to see at least one level of the Demo with English. It looks like it may be a fun game, but as I have no clue what's going on, completely lost!

One way to accomplish that would be to use ReiPatcher/XUnity.AutoTranslator.
Here is a Steam guide on how to set that up. A somewhat less elegant solution would be to use the real-time translation feature of the Google Translate app for smartphones.

Doesn't seem like it. If you look at the pictures on the store page you can see the text is all in English.

Kinda sets a horrible tone when we have no clue what the heck we're doing in the demo. Like "oh no the random buttons caused me to lose, let me buy it and hope it goes better."
