Going for the Pram ending. Does destroying facilities count as killing its held allies?

The answer is no. The fastest way to massacre your people is to summon a building, plop them out, and aoe them. Finish the stage, heal, refill the building, and repeat.

you can just summon them on base and stomp them to death if you want
