But is there other requirements other than this? Do i still need to do all those side quests or collect all stone tabs, something like that?
I saw someone said the dialogue choices matter too?
After you are given your objective about Phalan Academy through the War Table, you can speak with npcs to get clues on what to expect during your mission.
When asking Roxane, she asks you NOT to kill any blacksmith since they are an essential asset for Aphes' survival.

I combined the walkthrough of them into one list.
Finish 8/10 of the lists should be enough to give u the Glory ending. But i strongly advised to do all that just to be safe. Every time you finish one, u would hear a special jingle plays. You can keep track of them at the corner of Minerva's war table. Just count how many silver emblems you have.
1. At academy, "MUST NOT KILL" any smith and do the questline of beta8 near the elevator downstairs. This quest should be done "BEFORE" boss fight. Go to Barracks, inside a room with projector. Grab the amplifier and confront the smith telling him that "someone else needs it" and "ask him". After finishing the academy speak with Roxane and she should mention that the smiths are alive and well and the special jingle plays
2. At Arges Plaza finish up the Narkis plotline in the sewers "BEFORE" the trial. Collect messages #1-3 across the sewer and the "Strange Key" in the middle of the hill after lowering the water. Then go to the locked door under the water gate. You should see the NPC's here. Kill all the cult members and collect 2 evidence then Narkis should mention that he will go to the cult party. Finish up Plaza and at the confrontation with Marble. Minerva should present the evidence and the jingle should play again.
3. Finish up Narkis questline in the pegasus garden behind the last conduit in Bazaar.
the choices for the npc:
-Dude near the party entrance - "Encourage him to do it himself"
-To the woman asking about cultists - "Mention Vulcane"
-For the two guys talking to each other - "Try to change the subject"
-For the lone guy in the back - "Emphasize his family is not safe"
-For the man and woman talking in the back - "Persuade them not to fund"
Then tell Narkis that you managed to convince most of them. Speak to Roxane afterwards and jingle should play.
4.After encountering Eumenides the second time in Sunken City, choose the option about Aphes safety (not the Minerva one) and talk with Minerva again. Jingle should play.
5. In Hunter's Camp of Sunken City, help Odysseus with his quest, collect insect eggs and kill the lighting beast. But after that, refuse helping his next quest twice so he won't die. Then talk to Bion> back to Odysseus again. He gives you his dog tag, jingle rings.
6. Finish Seryne questline after Sunken City. First quest is to give rations to the bandit in a shack backwards from Sunken entrance and a hunter in the hunter's camp. DON'T tell the bandit the boss has died. Bring 3x Quenching Solutions and TELL the hunter the boss has died. Second quest is to chat to all the Noble in Laurel Mansion. Report back to Seryne, jingle plays when she gives you the necklace.
7. Do Styx and Glittering depths and do the whole questline involving deciphering the steles and waking up Whitebeard. Speak to the Bachelor in physikoi Camp a few times and he should mention something about helping Minerva. Speak with her and go help the Bachelor to collect 7 crystal nucleus. Then report to Minerva again, the jingle should play.
8. Speak with Abellone in Mine village after depths and bring the rock to Minerva and jingle should play again.
9. Finish Loser Noble quest in Outer Street of Arges Bazaar. Knock on the door of resident. Collect all the things for him. Then do some backtrackings (Minerva>Noble>Minerva).
At last, go to Arges Plaza, right pass the entrance to the left corner. Knock on the door to find out the Noble moved here. Jingle rings.
*Before entering the last stage, check the table if you have 7-9 emblems. If not, you have done some steps wrong.
10. At the last map, final encounter with Eumenides, mention his ambitions, jingle should play after dialogue.
Curious though, do you still get Odysseus's dog tag?
question: I did everything beta8 asked...but he didn't move to the tables, for the final conversation, I went to kill the boss and returned to the blacksmith (beta8), he was already standing there and there was a final dialogue with sound. I returned to the base and talked to Roxana, she seemed to say "it's good that they are in order" and a melody sounded. On the table at Minerva appeared 1st silver house laurel emblem.
